How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and if you’re extra eager (we get it!), expedited shipping gets your goodies there in 1–2 business days. Orders over $70 get free standard shipping!

Changed your mind? No worries — you’ve got 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. If something’s faulty, we’ve got you covered under Australian Consumer Law with no time limit. Check our full policy on the Shipping & Returns page.

We’ve got goodies for both! Each product page tells you whether it’s for dogs, cats, or both. You can also filter by pet type on our shop page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details. You can also check your order status anytime in your account dashboard.

I received a damaged product, what do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Please get in touch through this form and we’ll sort it out right away. Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty products.
