How Do Returns & Refunds Work?
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
What Happens if My Product Is Faulty?
- Major failure: you choose a full refund or replacement.
- Minor failure: we may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
- There is no fixed time limit for claiming a faulty product — your rights apply for a reasonable period based on the product type and price.
- We cover return shipping costs for faulty or defective products.
- Original packaging is not required when returning a faulty product.

Can I Return if I Change My Mind?
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you change your mind.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your expense.
- Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
How Do I Start a Return?

- We'll provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
